Locked doors
In the middle of a darkness filled night
A locked door that doesn't let in
To have a slow sip of nectarine voice
A locked door that doesn't let pass
Into a space to have a hearty meal
A locked door that doesn't swing open
A cold frozen numb soul kept in waiting
A locked door that adds to the darkness
Not letting the moon light shine through
A locked door that returns my sorrows
And poisoned angry one on the other side
Makes a good circumstance and situation
To Create a hard hit pushed away life
Wounded soul and broken heart
Gone into the deep recesses of the abyss
Lost in the deep trenches of the war mind
Until the day breaks into the dawn
Recovering from the chaos and agitation
Settling into the calmness and serenity
From finding the warmth of a summer sun.
